Participants will get a premium price for the their ARKFI tokens and purchase ARKNET at the lowest presale price.

ARKFI Premiums

During Rounds 1, 2 and 3, a premium value is given to deposited ARKFI tokens:

• Round 1 - $5.00 per ARKFI token

• Round 2 - $3.50 per ARKFI token

• Round 3 - $3.00 per ARKFI token

• Round 4 - market price per token

Your pre-seed account balance is the value of ARKFI deposits made during all pre-seed rounds.

Private Presale Price Guaranteed

Investors depositing into the pre-seed contract will have guaranteed access to the private sale pricing and without the need for being whitelisted. When the pre-seed contract is terminated, the BUSD value of your account balance will be swapped for ARKNET tokens at the private presale price.

500% Value Increase

The market value of ARKFI tokens deposited into the pre-seed contract can increase up to 500% (5X), measured at the ARKNET public launch price ($0.50).

Deflationary Effects

Deposited ARKFI tokens will be immediately sent to the Ark Vault (a virtual burn). This will have a deflationary effect on the ARKFI token and benefit the Ark Vault balance.

Reduced Sell Pressure

Participating in the pre-seed round will provide a secondary use-case for the ARKFI token and lessen sell pressure on the ILC.
