Pre-Seed Token Distribution

1. Based on the value of their ARKFI contribution, each pre-seed investor owns a % of the Distribution Pool at the end of the pre-seed round.

2. An investor can exit the Distribution Pool at any time (claim), receiving a number of ARKNET tokens equal to: (% ownership claimed x tokens available)

3. The investor can claim a portion of their tokens across multiple transactions. For example, the investor could claim 30% of their ownership in the Distribution Pool in month 6 and the remaining balance in month 18.

4. When an investor exits the Distribution Pool, the number of tokens they claimed are reduced from the tokens available for distribution.

5. When an investor exits the Distribution Pool, their ownership position (based on the amount claimed) is distributed among the remaining investors.

6. Claimed tokens are sent to the investor's wallet where they can be sold on a participating DEX or CEX.
